We offer a return service for items within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

It must retain its original packaging, labels, and all accessories intact;
It must remain in a condition suitable for resale;
If an item does not meet the above conditions, we may be unable to accept the return, or the refund amount may be reduced.
- Refund Process
Once we have received the returned item and completed our inspection, refunds will be processed according to the following procedure:
For orders that meet the return criteria, the refund process will be initiated immediately upon confirmation;
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account within 3 business days;
The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary slightly depending on the processing times of your bank or payment platform.

Please wait for confirmation from us before shipping the item back;
Packages returned without prior authorization may not be processed.
